Phoenix, AZ – [11.8.24] – Following the recent announcement of industry leaders Rob Wilson and Megan Young as the first instructors for the ALTIS Higher Education MSc program, ALTIS is excited to welcome two more accomplished professionals to the faculty: Danny Foley and Dennis Logan.
Both bring extensive expertise across high-performance training, injury restoration, and business development for health and performance professionals.
Danny Foley, co-founder and CEO of Rude Rock Strength and Conditioning, joins the ALTIS Higher Education team with over a decade of experience in high-performance coaching and injury restoration. Danny specializes in return-to-play and complex injury cases. His background includes six years as the Head Strength Coach at Virginia High Performance, where he developed a deep understanding of working with Navy SEALs and Special Operations Command personnel.
Known for his contributions to fascial-based training concepts, he has built a respected body of work on the Rude Rock platform and has been a prominent contributor to ALTIS, SimpliFaster, SportSmith, the NSCA, and others.
Danny shared his enthusiasm, stating, “ALTIS has been instrumental in my development for many years. To play a role in their Higher Education program is one of the greatest opportunities of my career, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Denis Logan brings over 17 years of experience in Strength & Conditioning, working with elite athletes and professionals, including Special Forces operators, Olympians, NFL players, and fighter pilots. After gaining experience in the NFL and international rugby, Denis transitioned into entrepreneurship, gaining unique insights into business development for fitness professionals.
His mission is to empower coaches at all levels with the skills to master their craft and establish financial independence. Through his teaching, Denis bridges Strength & Conditioning with entrepreneurship, helping fitness professionals design successful business models and build their brands.
