Develop a proven step by step approach to structuring an effective relay practice sequence to help you achieve success in less than 1 hour.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Packed with coaching insights, tips, tools, and progressions, Coaching the Relays features 10 hours of digital guided learning material that you can digest at your own pace.

Relay events, and the 4×100 relay in particular, are events of proactive coaching rather than reactive coaching. This course will provide you with a map to achieve this.

Training for relays is not extra work, tacked on the training program without relation to the rules of sprinting. Relay practice is carefully designed to grow from a well designed sprint training program. By completing this course you will gain this understanding, and learn the rules of engagement.

Training relays properly requires devoted acceleration development and speed development training as the necessary foundation, regardless of the level of athletes being trained. As such, without a well designed sprint training program, sprint relay development is severely stunted.

We therefore highly recommend you consider purchasing this course in tandem with Coaching the Short Sprints at our special bundle price.
