This summer, join us at the Nike Speed & XC Camps delivered by ALTIS—a high-energy, supportive environment led by medal-winning coaches, using the same training methods trusted by top athletes around the world.

Whether you’re looking to sprint faster, build endurance, or improve your overall athleticism, these camps are designed for boys and girls aged 13–18. You’ll train with purpose, gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to run well, and challenge how you think about speed, endurance, and performance.

BOOK XC CAMP @ WINONA, MN. July 6-10

Running July 6–10, this Nike XC Camp is open to boys and girls aged 12–17, with overnight and extended day options. Overnight campers check in on Sunday, July 6 (3:00–5:00 PM); extended day campers begin Monday, July 7. All campers check out on Thursday, July 10 (1:00–2:00 PM).

Extended day campers train from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (Monday–Wednesday) and 8:30 AM–1:00 PM on Thursday. Meals are provided for all overnight campers; extended day campers receive lunch only.

BOOK SPEED CAMP @ STILLWATER, MN. July 10-12

Running from July 10–12 (Thursday to Saturday), this half-day speed camp is open to boys and girls aged 13–18. Boys train from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and girls from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. Athletes are grouped by age, ability, and experience, with a 10:1 camper-to-coach ratio. Training focuses on sprint mechanics, movement quality, and acceleration. Campers should bring worn-in running shoes; spikes are optional. Please label all gear.

BOOK SPEED CAMP @ BISMARCK, ND. July 14-16

Held from July 14–16 (Monday to Wednesday), this half-day speed camp is for boys and girls aged 13–18. Boys train from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and girls from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. Athletes are grouped by age, ability, and experience, with a 10:1 camper-to-coach ratio. Sessions focus on sprint mechanics, movement quality, and acceleration. Campers should bring worn-in running shoes; spikes are optional. Please label all gear.
