WhAT IS PERFORMANCE THERAPY?

Performance Therapy is a therapeutic strategy explicitly focused on enhancing movement quality. It operates alongside rehabilitative and regenerative strategies within a triad of approaches, each with a distinct focus:

  1. Performance Therapy enhances movement quality and athletic capability
  2. Rehabilitative Therapy focuses on healing from injury
  3. Regenerative Therapy aims to expedite recovery from training

Together, these strategies offer a holistic approach to health and performance, from everyday activities to peak performance.
