Les Spellman

Les is a leading American speed performance coach dedicated to making speed a skill accessible to all athletes. After pivoting from his Olympic dreams to coaching, Les has spent the last eight years working with five Olympic teams, mentoring two Heisman Trophy winners, and guiding multiple NFL draft picks, including the #1 and #3 overall in 2021. He pioneers the integration of technology in speed training through his company, which offers data-driven solutions to tailor sprint programs. In 2022, Les co-launched the Universal Speed Rating (USR), fostering a nationwide community of coaches committed to enhancing speed training through collaboration and analytics.
Danny Foley

DANNY FOLEY

Danny Foley, co-founder and CEO of Rude Rock Strength and Conditioning, has over a decade of experience in high-performance coaching and injury restoration. Danny specializes in return-to-play and complex injury cases. His background includes six years as the Head Strength Coach at Virginia High Performance, where he developed a deep understanding of working with Navy SEALs and Special Operations Command personnel. Known for his contributions to fascial-based training concepts, he has built a respected body of work on the Rude Rock platform and has been a prominent contributor to ALTIS, SimpliFaster, SportSmith, the NSCA, and others.

Stu McMillan

Stuart, CEO and Short Sprints Coach at ALTIS, is in his 30th year of professional coaching, specializing in power and speed development. He has personally coached over 70 Olympians across 11 Olympic Games, leading them to win more than 30 medals. Stuart's experience spans national governing bodies in six countries, and he has led integrated support teams in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. Notably, he has coached at three home Olympic Games, most recently guiding British sprinter Jodie Williams to a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay at the Paris Olympics. Beyond the track, Stuart is a sought-after speaker and consultant, advising professional teams worldwide, including those in the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and English Premier League.
