A catered dinner experience built around focused, high-level conversation.
Select presenters will be seated together at a central table, with the discussion professionally mic’d and moderated. The evening will revolve around three to four clearly defined prompts, with approximately 30 to 40 minutes dedicated to each topic. At the end of every segment, attendees will have the opportunity to ask a small number of questions before the conversation moves to the next prompt.
To preserve the atmosphere and keep the discussion engaging, conversation will pause during meal service and resume once the room is ready to focus again.
We closed the 2025 ALTIS Speed Summit with a similar guided roundtable. Six speakers engaged in open dialogue with no slides and no formal presentations. Many attendees described it as the strongest segment of the entire weekend. This year’s dinner builds on that experience, adding a bit more structure, greater depth, and a more intimate setting.
The tone will feel similar to a high-quality podcast. Thoughtful, candid, and structured. The difference is that you are in the room while the conversation unfolds.
The goal is to create access to deeper thinking in a relaxed but well-guided environment. Attendees hear experienced practitioners speak openly with one another, reflecting on real problems and ideas rather than delivering prepared presentations. It also allows the educational arc of the weekend to continue into a setting that encourages reflection, connection, and shared learning.
