Currently in his 26th year of professional coaching, Stuart McMillan is CEO at ALTIS. Stuart has worked with professional and amateur athletes in a variety of sports with a focus on power and speed development, and has personally coached 70 Olympians at 7 Olympic Games; 35 of whom have won Olympic medals. Mostly recently, Stu guided Canadian sprinter Andre DeGrasse to three medals at the Rio Olympic Games, British sprinter CJ Ujah to the 2017 Diamond League final win, and American sprinter Ameer Webb to two straight American titles in the 200m.  All three also ran sub10 under Stu’s watch, with both Andre and Ameer also running sub20.

Coach Kebba Tolbert is in his tenth season as the women’s sprints/hurdles and horizontal jumps coach for Harvard in 2019-20 and eighth as associate head coach of the squad. He has coached multiple All-Americans and National Champions, including Gabby Thomas, who became the first Ivy League women’s sprinter to win an indoor national championship in the 200m, setting a new collegiate record with her 22.38 mark. Kebba has won the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Northeast Region Assistant Coach of the Year multiple times.
